About the role
- Lasko Products is currently seeking experienced and motivated Molding Process Technicians to join our Manufacturing Team in Franklin, Tennessee.
- This position is responsible for supporting injection molding operations through machine setup, troubleshooting, process improvements, and quality control to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities
- Support mold changes and ensure proper startup procedures.
- Occasionally support department leadership in the absence of the supervisor.
- Own the win and the loss.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience troubleshooting and setting up injection molding equipment.
- Familiarity with different plastic materials and injection molding processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment exposed to noise, dust, odors, and production equipment.
- Technical education or Associate's Degree preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical Requirements
Nice to have
- 3-5 years of Injection Molding Technician experience preferred.
- Knowledge of robotic systems and auxiliary equipment is preferred.
- Experience with Milacron injection molding equipment is a plus.
Skills
- Frequent use of hands, tools, gauges, and measuring equipment.
