About the role

  • The Chief of Staff (CoS) will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, helping to translate strategy into results, enable high-impact decision-making, and ensure operational excellence as Seeq scales from ~$100M to $250M+ ARR.
  • This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership-ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, high-growth SaaS environments and enjoys turning vision into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and accountability.
  • Executive Enablement Act as a thought partner to the CEO, helping to prioritize initiatives, manage time, and streamline communications.
  • Manage executive communications and ensure message consistency across internal and external audiences.
  • Support M&A and other corporate development efforts as needed.
  • Operational Leadership Own the company's operating cadence, including leadership meetings, company-wide Tag-Ups, quarterly planning, and board prep.
  • Drive alignment and follow-through across departments, surfacing blockers and escalating risks proactively.
  • Position Summary We're seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a strategic and operational partner-driving alignment, rhythm, and execution across Seeq's executive team and broader organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or executive leadership roles within high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
  • High EQ and executive presence, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving seamlessly between strategy and execution.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs by proactively identifying priorities, decisions, and information required for effective leadership.

Nice to have

  • Background in scaling organizations through major growth inflection points (e.g., $100M to $250M ARR).
  • Experience supporting a CEO or executive team in a high-visibility capacity.

Compensation

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to lead the annual strategic planning process, quarterly OKR refreshes, and company-wide business reviews.
