Devereux's Foster Care Programs provide therapeutic, family‑based care for children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, emotional or behavioral challenges, or instability in their home environments.
Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Screen and TB Test.

Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.

Foster families receive ongoing specialized training, clinical consultation, and behavioral support tools so they can implement strategies that promote safety, stability, and positive behavioral change.
Clinicians work closely with children, caregivers, and support systems to create individualized treatment plans, provide counseling, and build life and coping skills.

Requirements

Valid FL State Issued Driver's license Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Devereux is a drug-free workplace, drug screening required.
Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology field required 2+ years experience working with children or families in need of mental health, behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related required

Compensation

Salary $51,000 - $62,700/annually (based on relevant education, Licensure, and experience) Schedule: Full-Time
