Nice to have
- Monthly reports to strata council and strata manager Meeting with trades, spending time with them, and reporting back to strata Meeting with residents, listening to them and resolve basic issues.
- Attending council meeting upon inviting.
- & REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in facility management, preferably in residential settings Experience with pool testing and maintenance is preferred.
- However, candidates without prior pool testing experience will be provided with training opportunities.
