Responsibilities
- Obtain updates from clients regularly and manage outreach via e-mail, phone, and internal channels regarding these updates.
- Perform data handling and administrative tasks to support operational workflows.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and job aids to streamline workflows and ensure consistent execution.
- Build strong working relationships with attorney offices, business development teams, and clients, ensuring a customer-focused approach and promoting positive interactions.
- Manage multiple phone queues, both inbound and outbound.
- Self-motivated with desire to build great relationships, and able to meet and exceed goals.
Requirements
- Ensure accounts are updated with the correct and required documentation.
- High School or GED required.
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of work experience related to office type environment, contact center environment preferred.
- Previous experience with law firms, in account management, customer service or collections preferred.
Benefits
