  • The Director, Nursing Account Management is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client partnerships, and leading a high-performing account management team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and increased customer share.
  • Partner with Division and Regional Leadership to align team objectives with organizational goals and business priorities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to identify new growth opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Lead initiatives that improve client retention, account penetration, and overall business performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers to consistently achieve and exceed performance goals.
  • Partner with Recruitment Leadership to implement training programs and reinforce best practices across teams.
  • Evaluate team performance through regular reviews and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and operational performance goals.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, account management, healthcare staffing, or a related industry
  • High School Diploma/GED and 11+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, account management, healthcare staffing, or a related industry.
  • Healthcare staffing, workforce solutions, or healthcare account management experience.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed or hybrid teams.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives.

Compensation

  • $77,000 - $96,000 Salary Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
