Responsibilities

  • Ability to build a complete category management review including relevant data and recommendations.
  • Capability to develop and influence strategy at both retailer and manufacturer, with management level positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or Quantitative Field (Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, etc.,).
  • 5+ years' experience in Consumer Product Goods.
  • 5+ years' experience in a combination of Category Management, Analytics, or Sales.
  • 2+ years' experience in category management or retail analytics.
  • Extensive knowledge of syndicated data sources: IRI/Circana, Numerator, Nielsen, Household Panel.
  • Knowledge of JDA Space Planning software.
  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Ability to travel domestically (15%).

  • Master of Business Administration or Business Analytics.
  • Knowledge and use of SQL Server and Access.
  • Knowledge and use of programming languages (R, Python).

  • Ability to analyze, understand and interpret point of sale and syndicated data.
  • Ability to simultaneously prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with senior customer leadership at the Senior Buyer/Merchant or DMM level.

Compensation

  • In New York, the standard base pay range for this role is $114,000.00- $143,000.00 annually.
