Responsibilities

- You will drive execution across the full software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory expectations.
- You will influence technical direction, develop talent, and optimize delivery practices.
- The team partners closely with Product, Operations, SRE, Infrastructure, and Security organizations to drive strategic technology initiatives, modernize applications, improve system resiliency, and enhance customer experience.
- Lead and manage multiple software engineering teams delivering complex, enterprise-scale applications
- Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment activities across the software lifecycle
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for engineering initiatives
- Mentor and develop engineering managers and individual contributors to build high-performing teams
Requirements
- Strong leadership experience managing software engineering teams and technical leaders
- Deep knowledge of modern programming languages, cloud platforms, and system architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and continuous integration and delivery
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make decisions in complex, ambiguous situations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

- Experience in financial services, payments, banking, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of site reliability engineering, observability, and performance optimization
- Experience with data engineering, APIs, or platform-based product development
