About the role
- With multiple office locations across the Lower Peninsula, we specialize in high-end residential and commercial projects, including multi-million-dollar custom homes.
- This role is ideal for a highly skilled plumber who takes pride in craftsmanship, leadership, and problem-solving.
- You'll play a key role in mentoring apprentices, coordinating with field leadership, and helping projects stay on track.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation of plumbing systems for residential and light commercial projects
- Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials, labor, and project updates
- Lead crews and support scheduling and workflow coordination
- Proven leadership or crew lead experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation practices, and building codes
Requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Minimum age of 18 required

Nice to have
- 5+ years of plumbing installation experience preferred

- $35k-$45k
