About the role

  • Core mechanical systems of responsibility include, but not limited to: Mechanical/Process systems (Process Cooling Water, Clean Dry Air, Chilled Water, Hot Water, Air Handling systems, Exhaust Air systems, Humidification systems).
  • Operational ownership of mechanical and process system performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering design review input and approval for facility infrastructure and process tool installation projects.
  • Provide engineering construction input and commissioning support for facility infrastructure projects.
  • Support as-built documentation of mechanical and process system layouts and P&ID's.
  • Maintain load/capacity studies for facility infrastructure systems.
  • Perform review and approval of cleanroom certification reports.
  • Drive improvement of infrastructure system performance and up-time.
  • Perform Failure Mode and Effect Analysis during project design development phase.
  • Assertive nature and willingness to support customer needs when challenged.

Requirements

  • Experience with standard operating procedure creation and training skills.
  • Experience with energy efficiency improvement projects.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • or 6 years and a Master's degree

Compensation

  • $92,000.00 - $211,000.00.
  • The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only.
  • Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
  • Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
