About the role
- The Production Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with the Operations team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
- This role involves performing equipment start-up and ongoing quality checks, monitoring product and process deviations, and supporting quality initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality audits on both products and processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Collaborate with Operations to support quality improvement initiatives and manage qualification materials throughout production.
Requirements
- Ability to move throughout the facility, including standing and walking for the majority of the shift.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong educational background and attention to detail.
