About the role
- - Serve as the primary point of contact to both new and existing clients, fund administrators, reporting providers, RIAs, broker dealers, wirehouses for all operational inquires while collaborating with internal teams to facilitate a successful onboarding and ongoing experience of a registered fund
- - Fielding client servicing questions/issues from Financial Advisors (i.e. redemption questions, issues around cap calls, troubleshooting with new clients, managing issues with RIAs/IBDs in conjunction with wholesalers)
Requirements
- 7-10 years of work experience in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding and experience with Registered funds (private equity, private credit or real assets), custodial, transfer agent and fund admin relationships
- Familiarity working with international teams and across cultures
