- Provides technical expertise in system functionality, communicates effectively with customers and supervisors, and ensures timely restoration of proper facility conditions.
- Plans and completes repairs on sprinkler, fire protection systems, and controls for short-range projects.
Responsibilities
- Tests, troubleshoots, installs, repairs, and maintains various Fire Control Systems (Johnson Controls, Siemens, Notifier, etc.) in compliance with all fire protection codes.
- Performs fire pump testing (Knowledge of how to perform testing).
- Keeps Building Services supervisors aware of facility conditions, problems, and needs.
- Maintains effective communication with other Facility Maintenance Coordinators and other maintenance staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- No specific certification/professional license is required for this position.
- General Maintenance Or Skilled Trade Function (3 Years)
- Three years' experience in fire protection maintenance.

Nice to have
- Trade School Diploma - in fire protection system repair or related field.
- Certifications /Professional Licenses:
- Fire Alarms Systems Level III - National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies
- Work Experience:
- Hospital Or Large Corporate/Industrial Complex (5 Years)
