About the role

  • We are looking for a Datacenter Technician to join the Facility Operations team who can marry chaos and structure with ease.
  • Your duties include working with onsite teams and overseeing day-to-day facility operations.

Responsibilities

  • As a Datacenter Technician, you will work with the Facility Managers to maintain a portion of our company's 40,000+ assets, facilities, and hosting partners to ensure that everything is safe and functional.
  • Maintain logs for service and maintenance on deployed assets.

  • Assist in the customer onboarding process by installing servers.
  • Travel to mining facilities for site inspections.
