About the role
- Implementing these activities requires diplomatic interaction with company officers, department managers, outside executives, customers, vendors, employees, community leaders, legal counsel, government officials, etc.
- The Executive Assistant is a trusted confidante to the executive leaders supported.

Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the CFO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to senior management teams

- This strategic partner provides and leads support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
- Manage the incredibly complicated schedule of the CFO with support to other executives, which means planning meetings and all travel details.
Requirements
- The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment.
- Anticipate needs and spot problems that need solving and work that must be completed before being told to do it.
- Make decisions that are high-level at times and must have a good sense of the priorities and preferences of the CFO.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience in business, accounting, management, sales, or related field is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in people management with high levels of problem solving is required.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A high level or organization.
- Responsive. Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
