About the role

Responsibilities
- Leads creation and implementation of editorial/brand standards and process training materials
- Collaborates and communicates with agency partners and vendors to drive consistency and process efficiency
Requirements
- Performs initial edit following internal style guide and AMA, as well as captures required changes and proofreads/certifies documents in support of CRC meetings
Skills
- Understanding of AMA style
- Understanding of FDA/PAAB regulatory promotional guidelines
- Basic understanding of medical concepts and terminology
- Demonstrated success operating in a cross-functional project environment
- Attention to detail and committed follow-through in communications to stakeholders
- Practical knowledge of pre-press, print production, and editorial activities
- Experience working in electronic review system (Veeva Vault Promomats or equivalent)
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing communications, or related discipline
Compensation
- $154,700 - $232,100
- The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting.
- This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.
- Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
