About the role
- Utilizes system scheduling module, communication tools and reports to ensure timely and well-coordinated patient visits effectively and accurately.
- Utilizes other patient information systems to ensure complete referral information attached and available in EMR when appropriate.
- Provides timely feedback to leadership when barriers to productivity, staffing needs and or untimely clinician response for communication and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Requires long periods of sitting and perform computer work.
Nice to have
- 1 year progressively responsible secretarial and administrative experience required, 3 years preferred.
- Organized, effective oral and written communication, ability to multi-task/prioritize, customer service skills preferred.
- Strong computer/typing skills preferred.
