Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for institutional crypto trading
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with product and client teams to build solutions that support the full trade lifecycle
Requirements
- Expertise working with large and complex backend systems
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in Java preferred; alternatively, Go or C++
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science
- Experience developing enterprise-grade trading, risk or investment software strongly preferred, or a strong demonstrated interest through project work
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Local to NYC HQ
Nice to have
- Global offsites and team outings
- You'll have the opportunity to work on key areas such as order routing, market data connectivity, position management, and risk systems.
- Prior experience in finance or crypto is a plus but not required, we're more interested in your ability to write great code, think critically, and work collaboratively.

Compensation
- Unlimited Vacation + a PTO bonus: Employees that take 15 days of vacation, with 5 days being consecutive, receive a $2000 USD bonus.
