4+ years of experience managing paid social and paid media campaigns in a B2B, B2C, or agency environment
bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven expertise across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Reddit, and ABM tools such as Demandbase.
Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
Demonstrated success managing budgets, pacing, and ROI, with strong communication, organization, and proficiency in Excel in a fast-paced environment.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job.
