You'll prioritize journeys for graduation and for the highest enterprise value, and turn that into a clear, shared view of where growth effort should go.
Product judgment and user empathy are the spike.

A prioritized experiment roadmap. You design the tests, define the hypotheses, and read the results yourself.
Partnership with the leaders of Cash Advance, Everyday Money, Line of Credit, and Credit Card products to deliver best-in-class user experiences and returns across the portfolio.
The product-pipeline thesis, owned jointly with Credit and the Head of US Core. You'll build the strategy, analysis, and thesis that determine which products are missing from our pipeline and worth building.

You've owned consumer growth end to end and can point to work that moved real business metrics.
You've scaled a product or growth function and can show the trajectory.
