In this leadership role, you'll oversee projects from pursuit through completion, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams while leading multidisciplinary engineering efforts.

Coordinate, oversee, and manage civil engineering and land development projects of varying size and complexity while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams.
Collaborate with business development staff, Project Executives, Client Executives, and Market Directors/Leaders during project pursuits and opportunity development.
Develop project schedules, milestones, and deadlines to ensure successful execution.
Manage project financial performance, including monthly billings, forecasting, and completion percentage reporting.
Coordinate project staffing and scheduling throughout design and construction phases.
Lead project status meetings, prepare project documentation, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Lead project interviews and client presentations.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

$140,000 - $174,000 Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
