Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrated sales, customer service and delivery experience
- Ability to read, write and compute basic math
- Working knowledge of carrier operations, shipment routing and distribution methods
- Working knowledge of computers or ability to learn applicable systems required
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and/or forklift
- Must have a clean drivers record AND meet driver qualifications requirements
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills and able to work under pressure
- Understanding of state, federal and interstate commerce regulations
- Strong training and coaching skills
Nice to have
- Prior sales management experience preferred

- The Route Supervisor will manage, train, and develop RSMs (Route Service Manager) and other drivers to service and aggressively expand sales on an assigned set of customers along all routes.
