Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of corrective actions associated with identified gaps (both internal and external)
- Ensure data is documented accurately and in a timely manner. Support the Document Control team with documentation review and corrections.
- Support the Quality Supervisor with the isolation of OOS products and initiating block procedures.
- Perform seam analysis, data logger analysis (pasteurization), ATP swabbing and HPLC analysis.
- Perform package quality checks and line clearance.
- Support the Quality Supervisor in the implementation of procedures.
- Support the Document Control team with documentation review and corrections.
Requirements

- High school diploma or Graduate Equivalency Diploma required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice to have
- Certified Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) preferred
