About the role
- We're looking for a Procurement Manager to build and own procurement at Retell as we scale.
- This is a high-ownership role for someone who is commercially sharp, analytical, and comfortable building things from scratch.
- You'll own vendor selection, sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing vendor management across the company.
Responsibilities
- Own procurement across the company, from sourcing through contracting and renewals
- Lead vendor selection, evaluation, and negotiation
- Manage strategic software, infrastructure, and other company spend
- Build procurement processes, policies, and approval workflows from scratch
- Partner with Finance and Legal on contracts, budgets, and vendor risk
- Build strong relationships with key vendors and negotiate favorable terms
- Help build the procurement function as Retell continues to scale.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or purchasing
Compensation
- Top 1% talent: Above-market pay (top 5th percentile) to attract exceptional builders
