Hercules Concrete is currently seeking a Dispatcher to work out of our corporate office in Warren, MI.

Must be willing to work long hours and weekends during the peak season (there is a lucrative incentive for weekend work)

2+ years' experience in concrete dispatching.
An understanding of QC/QA for the ready mix concrete industry.
Knowledge of concrete production equipment, processes, and maintenance programs.
Excellent organizational skills, and is able to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
The ability to use multiple forms of communication such as multi-line telephone system, mobile phones, two-way radios, emails, and other forms of communication methods.
The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Union contract knowledge.
