Team Leadership: Directly manage and coach the intake team, setting structures and holding the team accountable. You will oversee and support the current intake team while helping expand and develop the department over time in alignment with firm growth.
Process Optimization: Build and refine intake processes to improve efficiency, case quality, and value.
Performance Management: Develop and own KPIs to track and enhance team performance, supporting goal achievement.
Recruitment and Growth: Lead recruitment efforts to build a high-performing intake team that aligns with firm standards.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team with a focus on accountability and results.
Sales Orientation: Strong sales skills to convert leads into clients and increase case values.
