About the role

  • Job Purpose This role ensures efficient and effective evaluation and risk management of innovation and commercialization projects.
  • This position works closely with the business units and cross functional teams to provide successful commercialization of new products, line extensions and product renovations.
  • Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Attend project trials, first production runs and play a critical role in identifying risk areas.

Responsibilities

  • Support commercialization activities.
  • Communicate business risk to cross functional business partners.
  • In this role, the individual will work closely with project teams to ensure compliance to KHC quality and food safety standards from Design stage through product launch/through post launch reviews.
  • This position will support project trials, innovations, renovation and maintenance covering both internal and external manufacturing facilities.

Requirements

  • Additionally, this role requires first shift work, however, flexibility is required based on plant requirements.

Compensation

  • $89,800.00 - $112,200.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
  • The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
