About the role
- Elk Valley Resources (EVR) operates four steelmaking coal mines that employ over 5,000 people in the Elk Valley of British Columbia.

Responsibilities
- Support innovative campus attraction programs both virtually and on-campus.
- Support EVR's student-employee engagement and retention strategy involving events/activities and leading student-focused programs.
- Build relationships and communicate effectively with external organizations and internal business partners.
- Manage the onboarding process in SAP
- Manage the Student Committee and coordinate student-focused events, including planning, hosting, and execution.
- Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business

Requirements
- Successful candidates must be willing to satisfy the pre-employment requirements of a pre-employment drug screen and references.
- Assist with our nationwide Campus Recruitment Program, both virtually and on-campus at post-secondary institutions across Canada (travel may be required).
Compensation
- $4,117 - $5,192 CAD / Month Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.
