About the role

  • Serves as subject matter and technical expert, identifies and resolves complex operational issues.
  • Provides daily records to the global portfolio managers and risk analysts.
  • Analyzes cash flow, transaction, and portfolio holdings data.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains the global daily operations for the investment book of record.
  • Leads process improvements efforts, completes comprehensive analysis, and recommends solutions.
  • Documents procedures across all investment product types.
  • Maintains communication with internal and external partners to resolve process and reconciliation issues.
  • Oversees the research and implement complex process improvements.
  • Oversees daily operation, manages controls and verifies completion of processes.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
