About the role

Maintain appropriate recycling records and coordinate with vendors.
Inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance on materials and machinery used for recycling
Facility Services -supports the academic mission of the university.
This position will perform work independently, only referring matters to the supervisor for clarification.

The lead recycling technician is a full-time, hourly, annual position.
Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting hourly wage of $17/hour, commensurate with the candidate's education, related experience, and qualifications.

Remove recyclable materials and refuse from university buildings and exterior containers and transport the materials to the Waste Education Center and/or appropriate dumpster.
