Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to travel up to 20% with occasional overnight stays
Nice to have
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering while contributing to research, development, and innovation efforts within IMEG
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of engineering work by identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with mechanical systems
- Participate in project interviews and presentations
- Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, required
- Professional Engineer (PE) License required
- 7 years of experience minimum required, 8 preferred, in the building design consulting industry
- Advanced proficiency in design techniques, tools, and concepts involved in the production of technical plans and specifications
- Strong training, mentoring and leadership skills
