Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Product Implementation Specialist with American Family Insurance, you will be accountable for the implementation and support of homeowner insurance products.
  • This includes the implementation and launch of new products, defect management and prioritization, and system support and quality control.
  • Support our product management strategy and product development lifecycle.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on new product implementation.
  • You will report to the Senior Manager, Product Implementation & Support

Skills

  • Own prioritization aligned to roadmap capacity and value
  • Run governance cadences; communicate status, risks, and dependencies
  • Drive automation/workflow improvements and vendor/partner integrations
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of market research and marketplace trends in insurance coverage.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.

Compensation

  • $80,000.00 - $131,000.00
  • Lead initiatives from scoping through deployment and post-production stabilization, including high-risk and UBI work
  • Align scope and requirements with Product; document assumptions, dependencies, and success criteria
  • Lead IT discovery, estimation, and intake readiness; support backlog development
  • Own prioritization aligned to roadmap capacity and value
  • Lead Program Increment Planning; balance mandates, defects, enhancements, and rate changes
