As a Senior Product Implementation Specialist with American Family Insurance, you will be accountable for the implementation and support of homeowner insurance products.
This includes the implementation and launch of new products, defect management and prioritization, and system support and quality control.
Support our product management strategy and product development lifecycle.
Partner with cross-functional teams on new product implementation.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Product Implementation & Support

Own prioritization aligned to roadmap capacity and value
Run governance cadences; communicate status, risks, and dependencies
Drive automation/workflow improvements and vendor/partner integrations
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
Solid knowledge and understanding of market research and marketplace trends in insurance coverage.
Solid knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.

$80,000.00 - $131,000.00
Lead initiatives from scoping through deployment and post-production stabilization, including high-risk and UBI work
Align scope and requirements with Product; document assumptions, dependencies, and success criteria
Lead IT discovery, estimation, and intake readiness; support backlog development
Own prioritization aligned to roadmap capacity and value
Lead Program Increment Planning; balance mandates, defects, enhancements, and rate changes
