Responsibilities
- Provides operational support in the pickup and delivery (P&D) area through the coordination of quality, service and administrative functions.
Nice to have
- Dispatches couriers to minimize costs and ensure service integrity.
- Tracks service, safety, cost, and quality metrics for the facility.
- Investigates and responds to customer complaints (e.g., early/late pickups, rude couriers).
- Reports, investigates and follows up on schedule delays, accidents, and equipment failures.
- Coaches drivers and conducts check rides for methods and safety (defensive driving, etc.).
- May oversee the P&D operation when P&D Manager is absent.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or a related area preferred.
- Minimum Experience Six months pick-up and delivery operations, administrative support, training, or customer service experience required.
Compensation
