Responsibilities

  • This role combines client-facing leadership, project orchestration, and methodological rigor to deliver high-impact strategic results.
  • Join a small, high-impact foresight team where everyone listens, takes bold ownership, and drives ideas forward.
  • As a Manager, you'll lead client engagements across multiple workstreams, collaborating with senior client leaders and the FTSG team to address challenges that demand foresight, creativity, and analytical precision.
  • You'll facilitate decision-making, synthesize insights, and deliver strategic recommendations that shape long-term direction and near-term action.

Compensation

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $130K - $190K plus bonus, comprehensive health coverage, retirement contributions, generous PTO, including a paid sabbatical, engaging off-sites 2-3 times a year, and a professional development budget with ongoing training.

Visa & Work Authorization

  • to travel within the US, with some travel to Latam and Europe (approximately 20% and 2–3 days per trip) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
