About the role
- Summary The Surgical Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Physician Assistant provides specialty care, and chronic and acute care health care services to patients throughout the lifespan.
- Patient care is provided in collaboration with a CHMG physician.

Responsibilities
- Develops expertise and practice standards specific to specialty program.
- Prescribes and manages medications within the practice standards.

Requirements
- Prior specialty and/or site specific experience may be required based on the practice setting.
- Licensure required: NH license as APRN or PA, and current DEA license.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to hear and speak.
- The employee is frequently required to bend.
- The employee is occasionally required to do repetitive motion, kneel, perform activities that require fine motor skills, reach, sit, smell, squat, stand, and walk.
