Responsibilities
- The unique opportunity to be part of building a local company and leading the development of an emerging Netlight office: driving the growth of one of our 15 offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in software engineering after graduation.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Based in Toronto; this is a 100% in-person role.
- Legally eligible to work in Ontario, Canada.
- Curiosity about multiple industries and technologies.

Compensation
- Transparent salary development throughout your career with semi-annual compensation reviews
- For this role, candidates can expect a starting base salary of CA$95,000 - CA$109,000.
- Total starting compensation ranges from CA$95,000 - CA$120,000, consisting of base salary and variable salary.
- Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and role level.
- Variable salary is our version of a bonus program and, it is paid out bi-weekly together with your base salary. The amount is based in part on your seniority and on the group performance of Netlight
- 10 paid Care Days (sick/personal days) per year with unlimited additional unpaid sick days
