Responsibilities
- Performs initial assessment and on-going care
- Coordinate with Case Managers and patient support staff
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- In addition to a structured orientation process, all newly hired therapists participate in our Buddy Program so you have a designated peer to help you adjust and succeed in your new position.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and timely
Compensation
- $100,000 - $125,987.00
- $100,000-$125,000 Starting Annual Salary
