About the role
- As a key member of our culinary team, they prepare fresh, flavorful dishes that bring people together.
- They will be an avid MadTree ambassador who lives the behaviors Connect, Grow, and Give a F*ck.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain key equipment including pizza ovens, conveyor ovens, flattop grills, fryers, and food processors.
- Maintain consistent quality standards in presentation and taste.
- Maintain clean and organized work stations.
- Support prep tasks and kitchen projects as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of allergens and dietary restrictions.
- Driven to craft great beer - but more importantly - build a business dedicated to doing good, MadTree protects and celebrates nature while reducing impact on the environment.

Requirements
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duties, accountabilities, and responsibilities satisfactorily.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Nice to have
- 1+ year kitchen experience preferred.

- Demonstrates enthusiasm for cooking and food preparation.
- Quality Focus:
- Maintains high standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Handle specialized tools including pizza peels, dough dockers, and portion scales.
