About the role

  • Serves in dyad leadership with provider well-being leaders and acts as the organization's subject matter expert and executive advisor on workforce well-being.
  • Accountable for enterprise strategy, program execution, financial stewardship, and organizational impact.
  • Serves as the primary advisor to executive leadership on workforce well-being trends, risks, opportunities, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provides dyad leadership with provider well-being leaders to drive integrated workforce and provider well-being initiatives.
  • Monitors industry trends, emerging practices, and regulatory requirements to drive innovation and compliance.
  • Develops and executes a system-wide well-being strategy aligned with organizational priorities and workforce needs.
  • Leads governance structures and cross-functional partnerships to ensure organizational alignment, prioritization, and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leadership experience, including direct management of teams and/or enterprise programs. required
  • Experience with budgeting, ROI analysis, and vendor management
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders
