About the role
- Serves in dyad leadership with provider well-being leaders and acts as the organization's subject matter expert and executive advisor on workforce well-being.
- Accountable for enterprise strategy, program execution, financial stewardship, and organizational impact.
- Serves as the primary advisor to executive leadership on workforce well-being trends, risks, opportunities, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provides dyad leadership with provider well-being leaders to drive integrated workforce and provider well-being initiatives.
- Monitors industry trends, emerging practices, and regulatory requirements to drive innovation and compliance.
- Develops and executes a system-wide well-being strategy aligned with organizational priorities and workforce needs.
- Leads governance structures and cross-functional partnerships to ensure organizational alignment, prioritization, and accountability.
Requirements
- 5+ years leadership experience, including direct management of teams and/or enterprise programs. required
- Experience with budgeting, ROI analysis, and vendor management
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders
