Through performance driven design, Salomon delivers innovation and progression to mountain sports; converting new ideas into action and expanding the limits of possibility.
Plan, execute, and optimize SEM and performance campaigns from conception through launch, aligning audience targeting with consumer behaviors and interests to achieve direct response KPIs.
Manage day-to-day campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Partner with internal stakeholders (eCommerce, Analytics, CRM, Brand) to ensure alignment between paid media execution and broader marketing initiatives.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in paid media, SEM, or performance marketing.
