Responsibilities
- Manage the fiscal and administrative operations of four federally funded TRIO Upward Bound grants.
- Monitor grant budgets, analyze fiscal data, and provide recommendations to program leadership to support informed financial and operational decisions.
- Maintain enterprise data management systems and ensure the accuracy and integrity of program records and reporting.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative procedures and business processes to enhance program efficiency.
- Collaborate with program leadership, campus partners, and external stakeholders to support the successful administration of the TRIO programs.

Requirements
- Final applications must be submitted prior to the close of the recruitment.
- Prepare and coordinate required federal, state, and institutional reports, including statistical and grant compliance reporting.
- This position requires a valid driver's license and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Nice to have
- The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- however, this position may require occasional evenings and weekends for which schedule flexibility will be provided.
- This is subject to change based on organizational needs.

- The Step is determined based on the Nevada Administrative Code.

Compensation
- In classified service, salary is in Grade and Step.
- Salary placement above a Step 01 at initial appointment is determined based on the recruitment, the candidate's qualifications, internal equity and budgets.
