About the role
- You'll ensure our accounting records are timely, accurate, detailed, and fully compliant with US GAAP-providing the foundation the organization relies on for sound financial decision making.
- You will be successful if you bring strong accounting skills, a problem solving mindset, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
- This position requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Perform diligent self‑review of all entries prior to submission
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of general accounting principles and the practical application of accounting theory
- Strong analytical and accounting skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience improving processes or enhancing financial workflows
- Develop a strong understanding of complex processes, including revenue recognition, fixed assets, project accounting, and accruals
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.
