About the role
- The role is based in New York, New York as part of the Global Structured Finance team.
- The role offers exposure to highly structured transactions and evolving asset types in a collaborative, client‑facing environment.
- Candidates should be willing to work in an environment with a strong focus on teamwork and have strong work ethics, an analytical and quantitatively oriented mind-set, and attention to details.
Responsibilities
- Act as a lead rating analyst with minimal supervision or support a deal team on ABS transactions and present analysis to rating committee.
- Review legal documents and address pertinent legal points with issuers and legal counsel,
- Prepare disclosure documents such as pre-sale reports, rating reports, press releases and regulatory disclosures,
- Coordinate with other teams to support credit rating analysis, research and administration,

Requirements
- Completion of bachelor's degree in finance, math, economics, computer science, engineering, or any other related field.
- 7+ years of experience in structured finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office programs.
- Self-starter and team player with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- If any conflicts of interest are identified, then you will be required to liquidate those holdings immediately.
- In addition, dependent on your department and location of work certain employee accounts must be held with an approved broker (for example all, U.S. employee accounts).
- If this applies and your account(s) are not with an approved broker, you will be required to move your holdings to an approved broker.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in finance, math, economics, computer science or any other related field.
Compensation
- Compensation Range
- $113,308.00-178,794.66 Incentive Target Percentage
- 100% 401k match up to 6% of salary
- 1x salary + commission
