Responsibilities

  • Perform necessary repairs to make apartments ready for move-in, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of pool and spa maintenance, ensuring chemical balance and safety.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager and Community Manager to meet financial goals and manage inventory effectively

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with budget management.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 75 pounds and working in various weather conditions.

Nice to have

  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license and EPA Certification preferred (required within the first six months of employment).
  • Proficiency in English
  • bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation

  • Salary Range $25 - $28 USD This position will remain open for a minimum of 3 days and may close at any time thereafter without notice.
  • 11 paid holidays per year including floating holidays
  • Company paid Basic Life/AD&D insurance for Associate (1x your annual base earnings up to a maximum of $350,000)
