As a Server I, you'll focus on providing friendly, attentive service by greeting and seating guests, taking accurate orders, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide basic menu information.
Accurately take food and beverage orders, including special requests, and relay them to the kitchen.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to basic requests.
Clear tables, reset for new guests, and assist with dining room cleanliness.
Process guest payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
