About the role
- Doyle Auctioneers & Appraisers is seeking a full-time Finance & Accounting Analyst to join our New York team.

Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining general ledger accuracy, including coding and reconciliation support
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Provide support for internal and external audits, including documentation and reporting preparation
- Manage consignor accounts payable, including processing payments via check and bank transfer
- Support sale-day financial operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Hands-on experience with real transactions and operational processes
- Foundational understanding of accounting principles (accounts payable, general ledger basics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn new tools and systems
Nice to have
- Interest or exposure to AI tools, automation, or data analysis is a plus
