- Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and meet Commerce Bank's driving record criteria; ongoing employment may be contingent upon meeting all driving requirements
- The main purpose of this job is to manage and service a portfolio of commercial customers, including expanding, building and maintaining strong customer relationships with a resulting high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain loan reporting, including: such things as past dues, documentation and collateral exceptions, financial performance updates, portfolio profitability, etc
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Requirements
- Ability to use a high degree of critical thinking skills in managing a large portfolio of diverse and complex commercial relationships
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- 5+ years of commercial banking experience required
Compensation
- Manage annual credit review schedule for team of Relationship Managers
- $130,900.00 - $206,250.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
