Own end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes
Lead multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment across investment, risk, data, operations, and technology teams
Establish governance frameworks, project plans, and reporting to drive transparency and accountability
Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage competing priorities to maintain delivery momentum
Partner with product and technology teams to execute against the platform roadmap, with a focus on scalability and client impact
Support the evolution of METRiQ™ into a scalable, client-facing platform
Drive platform adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and feedback loops
Partner with analytics teams to ensure outputs align with business needs
Support validation and implementation of analytics-related capabilities
We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Senior Project Manager to drive the evolution and delivery of the Total Solutions Analytics Platform, including METRiQ™, the firm's global analytics platform.

Experience with investment or analytics platforms (e.g., performance, risk, attribution)
Familiarity with data and analytics ecosystems
Experience driving system enhancements, automation, or process improvements

Translate complex investment and analytics requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
Act as the central point of coordination across business and technology teams
Facilitate alignment and decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders
Apply understanding of portfolio analytics (performance, risk, exposures) to inform delivery
5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within financial services
Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
Experience working across business, data, and technology teams

$130,000 USD - $160,000 USD
