Lead payments products through the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with engineering and design to translate customer problems into well-defined requirements, epics, and user stories.
Drive high-quality execution across multiple workstreams while maintaining a strong bias toward action
Own integrations and relationships with major processors and partners (e.g., Adyen, Fiserv, Global Payments).
Help shape the future of our payments infrastructure to support global growth.
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
Lead and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, design, sales, marketing, professional services, and customer success.
Act as the primary point of contact for payments products, aligning internal teams and external partners around shared goals.
Partner with go-to-market teams to define value propositions, pricing inputs, and launch strategies for payments capabilities.
Versapay removes friction, unlocks working capital, and accelerates momentum - giving finance leaders the clarity and control they need to drive business forward.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with product and delivery tools such as Jira and product analytics platforms (e.g., Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
Experience with ISO standards and payment facilitator operations.
Ensure products are built with a strong understanding of payments operations, risk, compliance, and scalability.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success across adoption, revenue, reliability, and customer outcomes.
Use product analytics, customer feedback, and operational data to inform prioritization and identify areas for improvement.
Present product strategy, progress, and performance to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure teams are focused on delivering the highest-impact outcomes.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on customer value and continuous improvement.
Mentor and influence other product managers, helping elevate the craft of product management across the organization.
Operate effectively in a complex environment, making timely decisions while managing tradeoffs.
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

In this role, you will be accountable for the vision, strategy, and delivery of our payments capabilities, with a particular focus on our payment processing gateway and broader payments ecosystem.
