About the role

  • This role focuses on supporting the execution of projects, tracking key activities, and helping ensure priorities and deliverables are completed on time.

Responsibilities

  • Support the tracking and coordination of projects, initiatives, and key activities aligned to Revenue priorities.
  • Maintain organized trackers for milestones, deliverables, and action items to support timely execution.
  • Help organize and prioritize tasks to support efficient execution of team priorities.
  • Revenue Organization & Leadership Support
  • Maintain organized files and documentation related to projects, priorities, and decisions.
  • Support the preparation of recurring reports and presentations.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Revenue team.
  • Executive & Operational Support
  • Manage and coordinate the CRO's calendar, ensuring alignment with key priorities and commitments.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably working with senior executives.
  • Strong calendar management experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
